But how can they aspire to a profession they don&#8217;t even know exists? <\/p>\n<p>That question inspired us to open the doors of our company to a class of third-year middle school students from the Roncalli Institute in Dueville. They visited us at the very end of the school year, a time when many of them are beginning to think seriously about their future careers.<\/p>\n<p>We took them into our production department, showed them a mould up close, and explained how a simple block of steel is transformed into a precision component that ends up in countless products people use every day without ever thinking about it.<br \/>Their curiosity, thoughtful questions, and the occasional &#8220;wow&#8221; in front of the machines reminded us why experiences like this matter. <\/p>\n<p>We strongly believe in initiatives that introduce young people to our profession and our industry.
