WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GROW UP?

“What do you want to be when you grow up?”. “A mould maker!”

Wouldn’t it be great to hear that answer from more young people? But how can they aspire to a profession they don’t even know exists?

That question inspired us to open the doors of our company to a class of third-year middle school students from the Roncalli Institute in Dueville. They visited us at the very end of the school year, a time when many of them are beginning to think seriously about their future careers.

We took them into our production department, showed them a mould up close, and explained how a simple block of steel is transformed into a precision component that ends up in countless products people use every day without ever thinking about it.
Their curiosity, thoughtful questions, and the occasional “wow” in front of the machines reminded us why experiences like this matter.

We strongly believe in initiatives that introduce young people to our profession and our industry. Today’s students are tomorrow’s skilled professionals, and investing in their awareness and inspiration is essential to building the future of our sector.
